How do I resize Windows NT drives on 400 -- MIDRANGE-L

We've picked up an 'older' 400, v4r3.  It has WinNT configured on it.

1 - how do I just remove the WinNT from it and re-allocate the space back
to the 400?

2 - how do I resize the drives down to a minimal setting, and then
re-allocate the space back to the 400?
