Mike I think you need to provide a few details here. What exactly does "printed incorrect" mean. Do you mean it - Prints at wrong CPI? - Wraps characters onto next line - Drops characters past Column 132 - Prints Landscape instead of Portrait? - Something else? If you are concerned that 'I' or 'G' to the forms type message may be a problem, have you tested this possibility by running the report a few more times to see what happens? Its defined IPDS. The problem we have is with reports that are over 132 characters. Mostly 198 characters. 15cpi. Sometimes they print correctly, sometimes not. While looking at this problem today, I ran 1 particular report twice. The first time, I had a message(to change form type to *std). I took an 'I' . It printed incorrect. The second time I ran this report I answered the same message with a 'G'. It printed correct. Coincidence? I 'm not sure, but if not. Why? I thought form type was pretty meaningless, other than to give the user the chance to change form types. Any thoughts? Thanks Mike
