We've not called our local branch in God knows when.  And they're only a
half hour away.  I guess it's a parts depot and a place for the CE's to
hang out in between calls.

I've got this yellowed out sheet of paper hanging on my walls.  I suspect
it was for internal use only but it lists the personnel there along with
columns for voice number, data number, internal number and profs id.  It
looks like all but 3 of them were telecommuting.

This is brilliant! Please just answer one question for me: If I need to go
through you people, what value is the local chapter of IBM adding to the
machines we buy/sell?
