This is a multipart message in MIME format. -- [ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ] Internally, at or beyond Senior we have three levels: Director, Senior Consultant, and Vice-President (or the equally impressive 'Chief-Of-Something'). Senior level people are still programmers/analysts with a lot more 'director' in the mix. Basically, they're the project managers. If they get job offers and we want to keep them, we give them a new title (Sr Consultant) and maybe bump up the pay. If we really need to, we can make them VP. Are there any good references for this sort of thing? Are there reasonably standard job description/titles in the midrange world?
