Jim,

As far as I am concerned, CUM PTF's should be free! You should only pay for the
media they came on. If you have to pay for a CUM, you are then paying for the
stuff-ups IBM did not test for and relied on their customer base to give them
feedback on. You paid for the OS and all the relevant LPP. I should not think
that you need to pay again!! UNLESS you are going through a BP and they are
charging you for their time!
