That was it!  I called Quadrant before I saw your message, and they had me
remove the exit point since we don't need it in our current environment.
For some reason, program object listed in the exit point shows up when I do
WRKOBJ but if I try DSPPGM or DSPOBJAUT it tells me that the object doesn't
exist.

So I don't know why it happened, or what is different in the profiles, but
at least users can press their attention keys again.
