search qtmfsrvr
has list of apars with ptf's to fix
also try PTF Cover Letters and same search


check your cum level - dspptf & ENTER. the 1st "TL" ptf in list
TL01198  = 2001 + 198 day (pretty old for V4R5) = C1198450
