I used to use the product back when it was by Formula One Systems(?).
That's been a couple of years ago at a previous employer.  IIRC it was
not a
big deal to copy the 1099 form that came with the product and make the
minor
changes that were required from year to year.  And if you didn't want
to do
it yourself, their tech support would generate common forms (like the
1099,
W2, etc.) and make them available to all of their clients for
relatively
little money, something like $100.

BUT, I don't know how helpful they are under this new company.
