No universal directory of all objects.  You could create one yourself
with 'DSPOBJD *ALL/*ALL *ALL  OUTPUT(*OUTFILE)', then build the
appropriate index structure to do your retrieval.  An alternative would
be to collect disk usage information periodically with the RTVDSKINF
command and examine the structure of QUSRSYS/QAEZDISK(CURRENT) to see if
it will meet your needs.
