On the SPL2FTP command there is a paramter name "Put or
Append" (PORA).  *PUT will put the file and should
overwrite.  *APP will append if the file already exists.

Have you tried it?  Did it work or not?  You can contact me
privatley if you want.  Let me know what type of machine you
are FTPing to.  If it's an AS/400, what's the release level?
If you don't have the PORA option, you have a very old
version of SPLTOOL and should upgrade (SPL2EMAIL as well if
you are using that.)

Also, I don't see Taylorcorp as a registered user.  Who
should I invoice?
