     thanks for your thoughts.

The printer is the same one.
Agreed, I could add another print file to the program but, we have
some spool archive software which works best on normal (SCS)
spools hence my desire to keep a 'normal' version.

Comparing the 2 spools, they are pretty much identical.
It must be something hidden away which I am missing.
