I am ignorant here.  If it uses MI to do what it needs to do, will it work
at security level 40.  I thought the Level 40 did not allow any OS related
changes.

really a batch job, that's it.  so if you buy a 0
interactive CPU machine, you can still run interactive jobs
just fine with this tool.

If this is true, I wouldn't think it would be that hard to
find this information.  If Tiger really wanted to do some
"damage", they could just make the MI open source.  :)
