Shannon, It is a physical activity and was described in the memo to users. I recall that there was an apar and physically swapping the cable was the easy way out, the hard way (if you need to really use the modem) was to swap the cards position. On my system the WAN card was in the top slot and the Modem was in the next one down. Eventually I will have to swap the cards, but I am not sure if they send someone out or if I have to do it.
