MS Word will crash when they try and open the doc or print the doc. However, if the copy that same doc to the PC everything works just fine. Anyone have any ideas? I was thinking it might have something to do with EBCDIC to ASCII translation. If so, anybody have any ideas on a solution? Thanks for any help.
