To have only one job running. If I would change the maxjobs
On QTMSCLCP and QTMSSRCP to 1 I would get following errormessage
In qsysopr: Not all requested prestart jobs started

job type PJ = prestarted job

look into the subsystem description (DSPSBSD)
that's also the place to change it _if_ you
really want to do it.

the prestarted jobs is a means to overcome OS/400's
lack of thread support. When a request is made one
of the prestarted jobs is activated to process it
(hence SELW). this speeds up performance since the
costy overhead of starting a job is eliminated.

so look before you leap ;-))
