Hello Brad, The QUSRJOBI (Retrieve job information) API - format JOBI0600 - returns the current user profile in position 92. Please note that in order to retrieve other jobs' information the profile calling the API need to have *JOBCTL special authority. We have a lot of pre-start jobs running (power builder GUI's). > 2. When I do a WRKACTJOB, they all look the same, like this: > Subsystem/Job User Type CPU % Function Status > QZDASOINIT QUSER PJ .0 DEQW > QZDASOINIT QUSER PJ .0 DEQW > QZDASOINIT QUSER PJ .0 MSGW > QZDASOINIT QUSER PJ .0 DEQW > QZDASOINIT QUSER PJ .0 DEQW > QZDASOINIT QUSER PJ .0 DEQW > 3. But they are actually different users. You can see this interactively > by doing a 5 (Work with job), then 1 (Display job status attributes), and > looking at the Current User Profile. > > 4.
