Been there, done that, got the T-shirt. :) If you are moving to S/36EE, you will need to recompile all the programs. So long as you have all the source code you can run a mixed S36EE/native environment just fine. If you want to go to full native, it's a little bit more work to replace all the OCL with CL. IBM published a Redbook on this with special attention to assembler routines that may have been used to close/open print files or to return cursor location. Also, take care with moving across MRT programs. Give me a off list email and I'll fill you in on the ugly details. Good luck. It can be done.
