RE: Last page truncated when downloading spoolf using Operations Navigator

Bear with me for a moment...  I'm still trying to piece the bits together.
1) Open Ops Nav
2) Work spool files
3) Open a spooled file in viewer
4) Select all
5) Edit/Copy
6) Open Word/Notepad, etc.
7) Edit/Paste
8) Print

Now, does the resulting PC document have all of the text from the AS/400
spooled file, but the wrong page count, or is text missing from the PC
document?  Have you tried simply dragging the spooled file to the desktop?

If I have the steps wrong, I guess I need a bit more detail.
