Have you checked the HTTP Configuration? Both of these errors could be caused by a incorrect or missing map, exec, or pass statement. I would check these first and then make sure you have the appropriate authorities for QTMHHTTP, QTMHHTP1, and a communications directory entry for QTMHHTP1. If its not any of those, then it is almost certainly a directory authority problem of some kind for one of these users. Good Luck! Joel R.
