RE: Paging software


Funny, I took a trial of LXI & it looked really good at first. But it was
way too simplified for what we needed.

I was also checking out Robot & mAStermind at the time. Both responded
immediately to my queries & where I could see that we would need some
customisation, they either came up with 2 or 3 solutions over the 'phone,
or sent it right then on CD, extended the trial period for as long as I
needed to fully explore the product, all without any charge, and great
enthusiasm.

LXI just sent a quote price & standard form to fill out for product
enhancement, should we buy the product.
Naturally, I took the same trouble to email a "No, thanks anyway" by
return.
