Mike,

You change the phone number via:
GO QMPGLIB/PM400
Option 6 (Work with PM/400 Customization)

Phone number is on second page (roll/page).

It is not set the same as the ECS phone number, which is set via CALL 
QESPHONE (and not through WRKCNTINF).

We are using PM400, and control definition for Q1PCTL has a parameter
CNNNBR that has IBM's 800 number in it. I change it to dial a leading 
9, and it works for a while then spontaneously changes back to just 
1800<whatever> and drops the 9,. 
How can I make this change stick?
