Mike, You change the phone number via: GO QMPGLIB/PM400 Option 6 (Work with PM/400 Customization) Phone number is on second page (roll/page). It is not set the same as the ECS phone number, which is set via CALL QESPHONE (and not through WRKCNTINF). I change it to dial a leading 9, and it works for a while then spontaneously changes back to just 1800<whatever> and drops the 9,.
