Re: Fax Solutions

We use Fax/400.  It's an acceptable product, and doesn't require a PC
interface to the outside world.  IBM has not done enough to update it
through the years, unfortunately.  It does require an IBM internal modem,
but then again, all the integration is done by IBM.  The reason why you buy
an AS/400 is to buy an integrated solution.  When if breaks, you call IBM
and say fix it.  It takes you out of the problem determination business.

Hello all,
           I have been researching Fax software for the AS/400.  I've been
thru
the Archives and have found some very helpful information.  It is obvious
as
to what the 2 most recommended products are,(I am in the process of
checking
those out).  I need to investigate a 3rd package.  Does anyone have/had any
experience/information (good/bad/otherwise) about FAX/400, or FAX SR.
