Zetan,

From your description, the system is up and running.  If true, this
would leave you with two possibilities:

1) Your connection is not good and you need to troubleshoot your
connection, including the integrity of the cable and any potential
cable-through (line termination) problems.

2)  The other possibility is that the console cannot establish an
interactive session.  Because the console and other interactive devices
can utilize different memory pools and/or job characteristics, try
changing the port of the device (just plug it into a different port on
the controller brick).  If the machine is up, it does not need a console
so you can move your workstation to a different address.  You have not
said so, but I am assuming that you only have the one workstation
device.
