To those on this list who would call some of us "Microsoft bashers" when we 
share these horror stories:

Are YOU willing to bet your MISSION CRITICAL infrastructure on Microsoft?? 
Can you just IMAGINE the credit/debit card authorization systems being down 
for SEVEN days? Or how about the national and international bank funds 
transfer systems???

I could share many stories of my clients who have suffered horrible 
downtime with MS based systems that were designed and installed by 
(supposedly) the best consulting firms in the world including MS's own 
consultancy. (Of course, let us not even mention Oracle for downtime!)
