Check history log (DSPLOG QHST) after system comes back up to see if 
system is getting a low battery voltage signal from UPS as soon as you 
disconnect mains power.
By setting system UPS I presume you mean system value QUPSDLYTIM.
What model UPS ?
If it's a 9910-080/140/180 do you have just signal cable connected, or do 
you also have the CPM cables connected ?

Trying to set my 170 to perform an auto pwrdwnsys, 10 minutes after a 
power failure. 
Machine has a UPS 
Have set system UPS to 600, but when I pull the plug, the system re-ipls. 
Any ideas?
