I don't think so.  

The subfields get qualified with the name of the data structure and you
can't have two data structures with the same name.  If you name your data
structure d1 you will get d1.field, and you cannot use the dot notation as a
prefix.  

Therefore it seems you have to move the contents from one ds to another.  

Also DSPF DDS does not like qualified names at all.
