My experience with the folks a CSA was not customer friendly. All they
wanted was the money.

I requested a trial copy in 1999. They sent it. A month later they
called me and I said that I hadn't had time to install it, so they said
'no problem, we'll extend the trial period'

Another month came and went, same story (Y2K stuff in the way)

Another month came and went, collection call demanding payment. Refused
return of product. Sent it back anyway. Since I never installed it, I
never accepted their terms. Their instructions say to return the trial
if not satisfied, but does not give a time limit.

I have two 436 sites that might, just might, be using Baby/400 now if
they would have been willing to cut me some slack. They are such small
sites that when they upgrade it will more likely be to a used 150.

They should take a lesson: A happy customer tells 7 people, an unhappy
one tells 20.
