We have a large reporting system that creates many reports that need to be distributed on a daily basis to users in the same building, as well as to users about 10 minutes away. Currently, the reports are printed on an AS/400 green bar printer and manually distributed. We are considering sending these reports by email instead, but we don't have TCP/IP installed yet, and may not for several more months. If I allow access to the reports via the IFS, what normative security precautions must be in place?
Thanks,
Phil
