We lost a drive on our S20 last week. When our CE checked the log, it was an error he had never seen before. He called Rochester and the 1st thing they asked was if these ptfs had been applied. When we said no, Rochester strongly suggested we put these ptfs on since they have to do with invalid src codes being displayed, and halting the system with high speed drives. 2 drives and a disk cage later, we were able to apply the ptfs. The error, luckily, was a bad cage, not the drive.
