Change management system

Turnover, by Softlanding Systems.  We don't sell it, nor do we have any
relationship with Softlanding, but I strongly recommend it.  Many (dozens)
of our customers use it, and it is a great tool.  It is particularly
valuable if you distribute changes in a multiple system environment.

There is a learning curve, and it MUST be set up and configured properly,
but I would not run a shop with more than one developer without it.
