Beats me. Anyone got any old benchmark scripts I can use to simulate programmer activity while I go down the pub? In my case, you'd have to wire the food preparation island in the middle of the kitchen up to the PC. It's an ideal height to lay out papers, designs, etc., and I spend quite a bit of the day prowling round it. Most of my actual coding is done offline - SAS/PC and Object REXX for Windows are wonderful things. Keeps the line costs down, too. One of those passive infrared movement detectors might be just the thing. Or a load cell in the pencil tray to detect when they're picked up and put down. I remember one of the busiest programmers I ever saw turned out to be writing a DOS utility package that he then left the company to sell. -- Phil +--- | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! | To submit a new message, send your mail to MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. | To subscribe to this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. | To unsubscribe from this list send email to MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. | Questions should be directed to the list owner/operator: david@midrange.com +---
