We're a small shop also. Get a new business partner. We took a little time to track down the scattered documentation (readme, install, redbook, reference etc.) and spent some time reading ( a few days ) before diving in. Made a few mistakes. Re-created the Domino configuration a couple of times. I would recommend getting advice from an experienced iSeries 400 Domino person about the initial configuration - domain naming, etc., as this is something you don't want to have to change later. Other than that, we did it on our own. User training can be had at local community colleges or computrain for less than $100 per person. Domino is a great product. If IBM doesn't stab it in the heart, like they did with OS/2, it will have a great future too. If they rename it a couple of more times, that should do it in for good.
