Re: "Off" command

nah, I just looked.  OFF isn't in #LIBRARY, nor in the procedures.  I'm 
guessing Jim's out of luck so long as the users are running in capital 
letters.

perhaps in #library, in qs36prc, there is a member, off, that's giving
you the problem..
