When you enter the device name in the session end it with '*'. The '*'
will be substitueded with 'A', 'B' etc.

I believe you need to be current on CA PTF's for this to work and you
need to be on a new enough OS/400 release (V4R3 or better) or have the
Telnet Backfit PTF's installed.
