AS400 accessing Sybase

We are currently investigating ways to replicate data in real time between
DB2/400 database and a Sybase Database on an NT Server.(maybe replication
or some kind of triggers). We have found in our research the products
"Replication Server" as a means of replicating to and from heterogeneous
hardware and data sources, and another product called "DirectCONNECT" to
access the AS400 Database. My questions are: 1. Are there any products or
ways to access the Sybase Database from the AS400, is the use of ICF files
a possibility? and 2. Is anyone using any of these or other methods to
achieve this, and would care to comment?

Thanks & Regards,
Peter Marr.
