A distribution list might work for this. Consider creating a distribution 
list of the users (CRTDSTL) and just do the SNDNETSPLF to the distribution 
list. Your CL program just does one SNDNETSPLF and everyone on the list 
gets a copy. As you add/remove recipients you change the distribution list 
and not the CL program.
