Client Access can be a pain.  If you want to connect (or at least verify the
connection) to your AS400, just go to a DOS command line and type telnet
xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is the IP address of your AS400.  You
should get the sign on screen (if the telnet server is started... STRTCPSVR
*TELNET).  The keyboard will not map properly and many of the screen
attributes will not work, but it will verify all is well.
Go to www.mochasoft.dk.  They have a decent 5250 emulator for $25.
