Matt,
How many licenses, and are you using any home-grown Notes apps, or just e-mail?
Lotus has recommended that we replace or 60+ NT servers that support Notes
enterprisewide with a 730 12-way box at our corp HQ, with a 170 DSD, and two 
820s
in the field for our three largest remote locations. I am on the AS/400 side, 
but I
think we are running over 8,000 Notes clients (4.6.4a), with quite a few Notes
apps. he apps include Personell information, Customer care, Change management, 
and
a host of others. I am realy excited about the chance to implement Notes on the 
400
in such a grand scale. Now if I can figure out all of the gotchas before
implementation.....
