Well I am not shure if this is the same thing or not but out in the field we
have Lexmark MarkNet pro 3 boxes which have 1 IP address and two printer
connections.  So two printers have the same IP (sounds like what you are
trying to do).
this is how they are setup (remote output queues)

Internet address . . . . . . . .   '172.22.46.50   '
Remote printer queue . . . . . .   '/prt0'
if you want to print to printer number 2 you just use /prt1 instead.

Let me know if that is what you are talking about.
