QACSOTP                 is sign-on server for CA400 sna jobs
QNMAPINGD               is APING (VFYAPPCCNN) server job (SNA 
equivalent to PING)
QNMAREXECD              is remote command server job over SNA


They have been there for many releases, 
These jobs being PSR jobs are only shown in QCMN if active or if you 
'F14-Include'
to include inactive PJs onyour WRKACTJOB display... so you have probably 
just hit 
F14 and now notice them, whereas they are normally not on the display...
