Net.Commerce V3

Hi all,
I have a big problem with Net.Commerce on AS/400 (V4R4). All is installed, all
is configured, but when I try to connect to .../ncadmin/, it does not work. The
web server ended with error:

  Message . . . . :   Cannot resolve to object QZHJSVLT. Type and Subtype
X'0203' Authority X'0000'.
So then I find PTF for this problem and apply. And now the status is, that the
Web server ending immediately without any error and does not work (The job
completed normally). From my desperation I traced the job (start of Web server
instance) and now I've the listing from the job trace:

CPF5037 - No changed record avaiable
CPD1475 - Routing entry sequence number &1 already exists

MCH3401 - Cannot resolve to object &3. Type and subtype &1 autority

Please help me, because I'm very unhappy. I've installed many PTF - HIPER, CUMs
... and it does not work. Please give me any suggestion, contact or help because
my chief will kill me! Thank you !
