Patrick:
You may wish to check out our web site www.ediconsulting.com (click on
communication products). We have a spool file utility program that will
convert spool files to FTP, HTML or plain text. You can email or send to an
FTP server. There is a user interface similar to WRKSPLF and command APIs
that allow you to email spool or data base files from a CL program. It
requires that your AS400 have the SMPT server configured and access to the
Internet. We also offer a service for AS400s that are not connected to the
Internet. Same software, except the config is modified so spool files are
send via a dial up SNA configuration to our AS400 gateway, and then we
distribute them to the Internet.
Hope this is not too much of a commercial.
