you have, i believe, 70 days, so you can skip putting the license key in
for v4r3.

no, i don't think so.  i've never skipped a release, but that could be
asking for trouble.

on the system password, do you mean the licence key?  you have to
provide that, and you will recieve instructions on how to do it.  as far
as loading the 'system' from your old computer, you can't do that!  only
selected things like security and the configuration.
