David, 
        I was able to get a 500 error (although the text doesn't match yours
below) by either putting single quotes around the rcmd part      quote 'rcmd
crtlib junkee'  or by having an extra ' mark inside double quotes such as
quote "rcmd crtlib junkee' ".  Maybe you have a slight error in the text of
the command.
