SInce you are RISC to RISC the "road map" does NOT apply... Once you get
the
400 up to current levels, a simple save & restore is about all you will
need
to deal with as far as libraries(user) are concerned... 

That will NOT carry forward any system values, hardware configs, etc..
They
will need to dealt with on an individual basis...

You will need to save and restore user profiles and authorities
You will need to examine any changed system values.
You will need to examine any hardware changes(remote controller
names,etc)
You will need to review any major hardware differences...(device names)
You will need to review subsystems that you have created.
You will need to review all LP's....
You will need to review your QSTRUP program...
You will need to review what security level you are at....

I'm sure I'm leaving several items off, but a box swap just requires a
check list of what goes across manually or can it be saved & restored...

Certainly a good bit can be saved and restored, but you still need a
plan...
Restoring your libraries is proably the "last" step....
