Register for Conferences/Expo.
Get a loan. (car, home electronics, etc)
Buy (just about anything) over the net.
Rent video tapes (blockbuster, etc.)
Register software.
Mail in hardware warranties.
Magazine Subscriptions.

Just a few of the places your personal information gets into the hands
