Yes, I agree John, it is kinda scary, because thinking about
it I can think of quite a few ways of spreading a virus on the
AS/400.  Not a happy thought.

Spreading viruses on the AS/400 requires the same thing it
requires for PCs though, people's ignorance.

My computer at home has never had a virus.  And I download
stuff off the net all the time.  I just use common sense.

One time someone did send me the back orafice trojan, but I
quickly discovered it and removed it (within 1/4 of an hour).  I
thought I had known him, but I guess not.  And he never did get
the info he was looking for when he sent me the trojan.
