To backup 7 gigabytes on 8mm takes us from 8:00pm to Midnight. So about 4 hours for 7 gigabytes on one tape. It doesn't really matter how big your hard drive is, but how much of it is used. If your 14.55 gig is about 50% usage, it should take about 4 hours. That is how long it takes on our system, your system may be different. Also, this is using SAVSYS, SAVOBJ (*NOSYS), SAVDLO. Not sure what additional overhead option 21 may have.
