Hey Dean,

I didn't know that you knew one of our least favorite customers! (;>)

You have no idea how many times I have wanted to tell them exactly where I
thought their heads were, but fortunately my boss doesn't allow us to cuss
out the customers, no matter how dumb we thing they are. They just started
testing their new Y2K application (not our software, thank goodness)this
week, and they are expecting to have mods done by sometime in middle
January. I still can't get anybody to tell me what they are going to do to
run the business for those two weeks, since their current production
software goes toes up on New Years Day.
