encapsulation is a quick solution and might work but it one would be hard pressed to complete before CROW 01-01-00. Best case Encapsulation solutions [to take advantage of Zone time and Real time processing] take 5 days without user testing. Certainly it can be done BUT again look at the time remaining and the likelyhood of a crupted database at this time

IF on the other hand you are suggesting running the system in the past :
- this would suggest to your business partners a very low degree of corporate image, and a less than good quality/reliability and professional image. Id be real careful how back dating the system is utilized as a golden parachute solution or bridge.
